Meet Chad Lee
Chad Lee has joined Hyperion’s team as assembly lead, bringing 25 years of experience in the automation industry.
Chad’s career spans three automation companies where he built expertise in both technical operations and customer relationships. A Holland-area native, he spent 19 consecutive years at a local automation company, working closely with leadership teams across various departments. Most recently, he served as director of customer support and service at Redstamp, Inc.
“After learning more about the core values, I became interested in their culture,” said Chad Lee, “I also learned about Hyperion’s projects and their focus on growth, which is exactly what I’m looking for in my career right now.”
Chad sees Hyperion at a pivotal point—strategically hiring for growth and developing teams for long-term success—which motivates him to contribute to the company’s future, working closely with the assembly team.
Both inside and outside the office, Chad enjoys living life with fearless courage, following the phrase “Eddie Would Go,” which originates from Hawaiian surfer Eddie Aikau. He also enjoys time outdoors and tackling home improvement projects, especially during late summer in Michigan.
