Advanced Integration with Warehouse Management & Controls
With the construction of their new distribution center, our client was looking to install a highly automated, state-of-the-art warehouse management system. Our expertise allowed them to avoid lengthy pauses in the build process because we don’t need to contact the maker’s tech support team for every tricky decision.
As a result, we were able to provide both the required technology and the technical know-how to get everything speaking the same language.
MODEX 2024 Demo
KUKA Robotics AMR & Palletization Partnership
As an official system partner, Hyperion Automation had the opportunity to join KUKA in a collaborative booth at MODEX. Together we demonstrated a custom integration of two KUKA autonomous mobile robots (KUKA KMP 1500P AMRs) and a six-axis robot (KUKA Quantec KR210) equipped with AIRSKIN safety technology.
The booth simulated a manufacturing floor, demonstrating how two AMRs synchronously shuttle full pallets of material from a pallet stand to the six-axis robot for depalletizing. Then, using SICK PLB vision systems, the six-axis robot re-palletized the product from one pallet to another.
