Introducing Regan McJilton
Regan McJilton has joined Hyperion’s team as senior sales and applications engineer, bringing expertise in automation solutions and a passion for emerging technologies.
Regan graduated from Western Michigan University in 2017 with a degree in engineering management technology and minors in supply chain management and Spanish. After college, she grew her skills at JR Automation. In that role, she learned to bridge the technical and business sides of automation, working with complex systems while building customer relationships and driving sales.
She is eager to expand her business strategy skills while learning from entrepreneurial leaders.
Contributing to Growth
In her role, Regan looks forward to being part of a smaller, team-oriented group at an important moment in Hyperion’s growth. She embraces a work-hard, play-hard mentality and is excited to contribute to what she calls a crown jewel of West Michigan’s automation industry.
Throughout her career, she has been an advocate for women in STEM, supporting hiring initiatives and encouraging more women to pursue engineering careers.
Outside the office, Regan enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Holland. She also enjoys camping, horseback riding, kayaking and getting crafty.
