Introducing Tyler Britcher

Tyler Britcher joins Hyperion as sales and solutions manager. With 15 years of experience in the automation industry, he has held roles spanning hands-on assembly, robotics engineering, and sales leadership. This gives him a uniquely practical and customer-focused perspective on automation.

Tyler began his career at the ground floor building, engineering and delivering custom automation solutions. His technical foundation, combined with commercial leadership experience at major robotics OEM’s enables him to bridge the gap between operational realities and strategic automation investments. In his most recent role as Sales Manager for North America – AMR at KUKA, Tyler focused on helping customers build scalable, ROI-driven automation strategies rather than simply deploying hardware.

Tyler approaches every engagement with a solutions-first, customer-centric mindset. He believes successful automation starts with understanding a customer’s operational challenges, growth goals, and long-term vision. By aligning the right technology, he helps customers implement solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency and deliver measurable value.

In his role at Hyperion, Tyler is excited to work directly with partners and alongside the growing sales team to expand Hyperion’s customer base while strengthening long-term relationships. His extensive AMR experience and consultative approach will support customers in identifying the right automation path for their unique challenges — today and into the future.

When he’s not at work, Tyler is usually outside. He enjoys racing motocross and wrenching on almost anything, especially cars and vintage motorcycles.
