Jay Osburn has joined Hyperion’s growing automation engineering team. His role will entail working on PLC programming and controls integration to support complex automation projects.

Jay is a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University, where he earned his degree in electrical engineering. During his studies, he completed three co-ops at JR Automation. Through hands-on experience in machine building and controls engineering, Jay found his passion for controls and integration. He also discovered he is motivated by the unique challenges of working with advanced technology.

Jay was drawn to Hyperion’s culture, which emphasizes trust, collaboration, and community. He is also eager to solve technical challenges that come with working on AMR projects.
