Meet Sha-Ron Lee
Joining the Hyperion Automation team as senior project manager is Sha-Ron Lee. With over 20 years of experience managing teams, clients and projects across various industries, she brings valuable insights to our project planning strategy.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Sha-Ron began her career as a product engineer in the automotive industry. She quickly demonstrated her strong problem-solving skills, which led her to a project management role at GHSP. In that position, she worked closely with clients and cross-functional teams to manage project performance while balancing scope and budget.
Sha-Ron has applied her project management expertise across various industries, including furniture, material handling, and automation. In her most recent role as project manager at FORTNA, Sha-Ron managed key accounts and provided strategic guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Sha-Ron believes that teamwork is essential for achieving success and is excited to join Hyperion’s close-knit team. Having previously worked at larger companies, she looks forward to connecting more closely with her work in a smaller company, where she can directly impact project success.
In her free time, Sha-Ron enjoys spending time with her husband and visiting their two sons, who live in Maryland and Texas. She also finds joy in scrapbooking, reading and attending comedy shows.
